The Event Flow

Each guest is presented with their custom magnetic-strip card—a premium credential that looks and feels like a high-limit credit card, pre-loaded with a fictitious $5,000 bankroll.
Alongside their credentials, every attendee receives a professional Daily Racing Form. This is the heartbeat of the strategy. It contains the "Morning Line" odds and stats for the night's field, turning every guest into a seasoned handicapper and providing an instant icebreaker for networking.
Our professional Emcee takes the stage with the energy of a championship track announcer. They set the tone, explain the "fun-money" economy, and ignite the room with the first big announcement: "The Kiosks are active for Race Number One!"
