The Event Flow
The engagement begins the moment guests enter the pre-function area. Attendees are presented with their "Portfolio Credentials"—a premium magnetic-strip card pre-loaded with a fictitious $5,000 "Investment Seed." Alongside their card, they receive a hilarious Investor's Prospectus introducing iconic players like Initech and Clampett Oil.
Our professional Emcee—acting as the Floor Manager—takes the stage with the authority of an exchange chairman. They set the tone, explain the market volatility, and ignite the room with the announcement: "The Market is Open for Trading!"
Guests move to touchscreen kiosks distributed throughout the ballroom. To react to the fast-moving market, guests simply swipe their magnetic cards and make their buys or sells in seconds. Our proprietary interface is engineered for high-speed interaction, keeping lines moving at a professional pace.
