The Event Flow
The atmosphere is set before the opening bell rings. In the pre-function area, attendees are presented with their "Manager's Credentials"—a premium magnetic-strip card pre-loaded with a fictitious $5,000 "Promotion Budget." Alongside their credentials, they receive a custom Contender's Program featuring iconic legends of the ring—Ali, Frazier, Foreman—with bios and punching power stats that turn every guest into a ringside strategist.
Our professional Emcee—acting as the Ring Announcer—takes the stage with arena-grade energy. They set the stakes, explain the tactical wagering, and ignite the room with the announcement: "Managers, to your corners! The kiosks are active for the Opening Round!"
To keep the mystery alive, we keep the specific fight dates a secret. Guests move to touchscreen kiosks—our Ringside Terminals—and act as "Corner Managers." They swipe their cards to forecast not just the winner, but the Method of Victory: Will the round be won on Points, or will it be a TKO? Our proprietary interface ensures these tactical selections happen in seconds.
Every 15–20 minutes, the terminals lock, the lights dim, and a single, high-intensity round of a legendary fight plays on massive 1080p displays. The room erupts as guests watch the "Mystery Round" unfold, cheering for the legends they've backed with their promotional budgets.
There is no waiting for a judges' scorecard. Our engine instantly updates every guest's digital wallet the moment the round concludes. The room explodes as the main screens reveal the winning Managers and updated leaderboards—no "payout windows" or manual calculations.
At the conclusion of the program, we crown the "Heavyweight Managers of the Night." The kiosks close, but the championship-level energy carries through the rest of your evening's awards or dinner program.
